DMCA Policy
Iran Funeral Postponed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) policy describes our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims on our website and services.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receipt of a compliant notice, Iran Funeral Postponed will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take appropriate action against repeat infringers.
Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Iran Funeral Postponed service, please send a "Notice of Alleged Infringement" (DMCA Notice) to our designated Copyright Agent. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Iran Funeral Postponed to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s)).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Iran Funeral Postponed may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
